نویسنده
چکیده
The patient states that his previous health was good, except that now and then he suffered from malarious fever. About four years ago an earthen wall fell on his neck and caused much pain and swelling; 15 or 20 days after the accident all pain had ceased, but the swelling remained and caused a small tumour on his neck behind the left ear. While the tumour was small he did not feel any inconvenience. But it gradually grew till it assumed the present size. On admission he had a large tumour?"]% inches vertical measure and 5^/ inches transverse measure?on the left side of his neck behind the mastoid process and below the occipital protuberance, of uniform surface ; except at one place, it is not adherent to the skin.
